About our Ayodhya Anna-daan initiative
Millions of visitors are expected during the inauguration of the Sri Ram Temple in Ayodhya this year. Hare Krishna Movement (HKM) is constructing a robust makeshift kitchen, ready to serve 10,000 meals daily, free of cost, right on the thoroughfare towards the Sarayu river.
The Government of Uttar Pradesh has supported our initiative by allocating a suitable place at Ram Katha Sangrahalaya. The specially designed kitchen will serve over 10,000 meals every day starting January 15th for next 3 months. We will conduct our Anna-daan seva daily from 11 am to 7 pm by serving wholesome meals on traditional leaf plates to devotees.
